Why is my order delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery time. If the package has not reached you, please call us on

and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
Why is my order cancelled?
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by By The Fit and accept By The Fit's decision regarding the cancellation
Why is my exchange not accepted?
Exchange/Return is not accepted if customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that you read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product has signs of being washed and worn.
Can a sale product returned
/exchanged?
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product was purchased at the time of a sale event or using a promo code.
My order has been shipped, can i track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
My outfit doesn't fit me, what can i do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get store credit to buy something else.
Why does the product colour differ from as shown on the website?
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. There might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen, due to the screen resolution and photography effects.
