Keeping in mind the on-going situation of COVID-19 in our country, the deliveries might be a bit delayed from our end.

Orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at teambythefit@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

We offer free shipping on orders.

Cash on delivery orders are delivered at an extra charge of Rs.100/- per order.

Prepaid orders have zero delivery cost.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.

 

Delivery is trackable and insured.

If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.

 

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send an e-mail with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.
